Refund Policy

Booking Deposit: 

- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your event date.

- This deposit covers the initial planning, reserving staff and blocking off the date on our calendar.

Full Payment:

- The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event.

- Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services without a refund of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

- 30+ days before the event: full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.

- 14-29 days before the event: 50% refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.

- Less than 14 days before the event: No refunds, but credit may be issued for future events at our discretion.
